When placing an order online or over the phone, you will need:
1. the address the card's statement is sent to (billing address).
2. a 3-4 digit code found only on the card (CVV2 code).

Shipping Policies

48 Contiguous States
MyoNet.com ships orders within the 48 contiguous states via UPS or USPS.  Depending on product availability, orders shipped UPS Ground usually arrive within 1-6 business days.  Packages sent UPS will not deliver on Saturday. Accurate shipping address and phone number is required. Signature may be required for delivery. The shipping charges are as follows:
    Flat Rate $5.95 up to 10 pounds and $.60 each additional pound.

Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes
MyoNet.com ships all orders to Hawaii or Alaska via USPS Priority Mail.  Depending on product availability and location, most orders will be received with in 1-7 business days.
    Flat Rate $7.95 up to 10 pounds and $.80 each additional pound.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
MyoNet.com ships all orders sent to APO and FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail.  Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days.  Delivery time from the military address to you can vary.  Very Important: Your package is ONLY insured to your military address. MyoNet.com is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail.  In the unlikely event a package is lost and an insurance claim needs to be filed, it cannot be filed until 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled. Claims can take up to 5 weeks to process per USPS regulations.
    Flat Rate $9.95 up to 10 pounds and $1.00 each additional pound.

Billing Address and CVV2 Code Verification

To maximize fraud prevention, we require both credit/debit card billing address and CVV2 code verification before any order will be shipped. When placing an order online or over the phone, you will need:

1. the address the card's statement is sent to.
2. a 3-4 digit code found only on the card.

This procedure is very simple.  If you are placing your order over the phone, we will handle the rest. If you are placing your order online, please read on.

Step one of the check out process will require both the shipping address and the cards billing address.  If these two address are the same, simply fill in only the shipping address and continue. Step three of the checkout process will require the card holders name, card number, expiration date and CVV2 code. If you are using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card, the CVV2 code is the last 3 digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card. If you are using an American Express, the CVV2 code is the 4 digit code (not embossed) found on the front of the card.

Very Important: Whether or not your billing address verifies, your card will still be charged. If your billing address does not verify, you will receive an email notification. Simply reply to the email, with the correct credit/debit card billing information, and we verify the information manually for approval.

MyoNet.com (MyoNet.com), the owner of MyoNet.com, does not sell illegal anabolic steroids or prescription medications.  Please do not contact us with intentions to buy illegal steroids or questions regarding them. Thank you for your cooperation.

Purity Guaranteed

All of our products are guaranteed, by the manufacturer, to be of the highest quality, purity and potency. If you feel that the product that you received does not hold to these standards, please contact us or the manufacturer.

Product Availability

We pride ourselves on having the largest inventory in the industry. Although every attempt is made to keep a perfect inventory, occasionally items run out of stock. If a product is scheduled to be out-of-stock longer than 10 business days, it will be labeled "out of stock" and will be unavailable for purchase. In the unlikely event a product that you order is out of stock, you will receive a status notification via email. In most cases, only whole orders are shipped. The customer can request a split ship where an additional shipping charge may be required. Please feel free to contact us to make changes to your order for faster deployment.

Return and Exchange Policy

• All problems with your order must be reported before the end of the next business day.
• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, simply contact us. No unauthorized returns.
• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on unopened and unused merchandise.
• Returns must be approved within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges must be approved within 30 days of receipt.
• Products not exchanged are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Packages that are returned without the RMA number clearly posted on the exterior of the package will be refused.
• Shipping charges are not refundable in any case. Additional shipping charge may apply for exchanges.
• If your merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, your order will be treated as a return upon its arrival at our warehouse.

Cancellation of Order

• Orders canceled of an in stock item, before the item is shipped, will be subject to a 6% administrative charge.
• Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
• If you refuse to provide required information to ship your package, your order will be canceled.
• Ignoring specific state regulations will result in cancellation of the order.

Shipping Address Error Charge

Chargeback Policy

You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit card by MyoNet.com. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that MyoNet.com may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to $25 by any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.
