Ordering Questions

Does this site sell anabolic steroids?
The word anabolic does not necessarily mean steroid. Anything that aids in the growth of muscle is anabolic, such as protein rich foods, weight training... The opposite of anabolic is catabolic, or muscle breakdown. Thus, nutritional supplements that promote muscle growth are anabolic. We do not sell illegal steroids. Every product found on this site is legal to sell within the 50 US states.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make sure that your transaction will be safe and secure.  Our checkout process is protected with a 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), an advanced encryption technology that safeguards your personal information.  This secure socket layer is compatible with any internet browser. In addition, our servers are scanned on a daily basis by ScanAlert.

Can I order by phone?

Can I order by mail with a money order?
Yes. Simply place your order as though you were going to use a credit card. When you reach the step at checkout that asks for payment type, select Money Order. After completing the sale, visit payment methods for instructions on mailing in you money order.

I want a particular product, but I don't see it on your website? Can you get it for me?
Most likely. We have over 1500 products available to us for immediate distribution. If you are having a hard time finding a particular product, simply contact us and we will do our best to find it for you at the best possible price anywhere.

Shipping Questions

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not. We ship only to the 50 US States, PO Boxes and Military addresses (APO/FPO).

How long will it be before I have my package?
This will depend on where you live and the delivery method that you choose during checkout.  Customers that select UPS Ground usually receive their package within  3-6 business days. There are additional shipping methods available during the checkout like "3-Day Select" and "Next Day Air Saver."  We have multiple shipping centers across the US to make sure that you receive your package the fastest.  In most cases, if one of our shipping shipping centers are low on stock on a product, we will be able to redirect your order to the next closest shipping center.

Will my package arrive on a Saturday?
Do not expect it to.  The UPS delivery options we offer do not support Saturday delivery. If your package was expedited via USPS, there is a chance you package could arrive on a Saturday.

Do you Ship to APO, FPO and PO Boxes?
Yes.  All order being sent to APO, FPO and PO Boxes will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail which generally takes 2-3 business days.  If you are sending to an APO or FPO address, please understand that it will take 2-3 business days to approach your Military Mail System.  Military mail can take 2 weeks or longer to deliver to you depending on where you are stationed. 

Can I get a Tracking Number for my order?
Yes.  After your order is placed, please use the Order Status System with your order number and billing zip code. Tracking number are only available for orders sent UPS.  Tracking numbers are usually available two business days after the order is placed.

What if I order a product that is out of stock?
We pride ourselves on having the largest inventory in the industry. Although every attempt is made to keep stock on every product we offer, occasionally we run out of cretin items.  If a product is scheduled to be out of stock longer than 10 business days, it will be labeled "out of stock" and will be unavailable for purchase. In the unlikely event a product that you order is out of stock, you will receive a status notification via email. Please feel free to contact us to make changes to your order for faster deployment.
